PHOENI2X

PHOENi²X aims to design, develop, and deliver a Cyber Resilience Framework providing Artificial Intelligence (AI) - assisted orchestration, automation & response capabilities for business continuity and recovery, incident response, and information exchange, tailored to the needs of Operators of Essential Services (OES) and of the EU Member State (MS) National Authorities entrusted with cybersecurity.

AI4CYBER

Artificial intelligence (AI) has a big role to play in cybersecurity – good and bad. It can be a powerful mechanism to detect threats and protect systems against attacks. It can also be used by attackers as a weapon. In this context, the EU-funded AI4CYBER will provide an Ecosystem Framework of next-generation trustworthy cybersecurity services that leverage AI and Big Data technologies to support system developers and operators in effectively managing AI-powered cyberattacks.

DYNABIC

Adopting AI-based defensive solutions and innovative methods for business continuity risk management based on improved SecDevOps (making every decision from a security-first mindset) can considerably enhance the resilience of critical services. To support the provision of completely resilient critical services to European citizens, the EU-funded DYNABIC project aims to deliver socio-technical methods, models and tools for resilience management.

CROSSCON

IoT developers face a very fragmented landscape made of very different devices, from bare metal devices with few KB of RAM and limited or no security protection to devices equipped with powerful support for AI and with built-in hardware (HW) to implement Root of Trust (RoT) and Trusted Execution Environments (TEE).

DYNAMO

The current situation regarding potential cyber threats has increased the complexity of critical sectors and infrastructure such as energy, health and transport. With increasing digitalisation and ever-evolving cyber threats, this represents an important pillar for business continuity. DYNAMO is a project that aims to solve this vulnerable part of businesses. Experts from different backgrounds will work together with end-users to develop and refine selected tools and bring them together in a single platform.

KINAITICS

KINAITICS aims to explore the new attack opportunities offered by the introduction of AI-based control and perceptive systems. The KINAITICS project will also adopt innovative defense approaches to protect systems from attack and ensure their robustness and resilience.

As a new paradigm emerges from the ubiquitous use of AI in cyber-physical systems, KINAITICS will redefine threat and risk assessments on systems to take into account the interconnection of the cyber and physical worlds and the dual use of AI.

CS-AWARE-NEXT

The EU-funded CS-AWARE-NEXT project will provide improved cybersecurity management capabilities to organisations and local/regional supply networks to allow them to use cybersecurity platforms, like CS-AWARE, effectively, and efficiently, and support their day-to-day cybersecurity risk and incident management operations.

LAZARUS

LAZARUS (pLatform for Analysis of Resilient and secUre Software) is a three-year research and innovation project aiming to heal many security issues that befall modern software during its development life cycle.

The recently introduced paradigm of DevSecOps - in medium to large companies - unfortunately, lacks automated security tools, while most existing solutions are targeting only one narrow step of the SDLC process but miss a much-needed holistic overview of the global security solution.

TRUMPET

The goal of TRUMPET is to research and develop novel privacy enhancement methods for Federated Learning, and to deliver a highly scalable Federated AI service platform for researchers, that will enable AI-powered studies of siloed, multi-site, cross-domain, cross border European datasets with privacy guarantees that exceed the requirements of GDPR.

REWIRE

REWIRE envisions a holistic framework for continuous security assessment of open-source and open-specification hardware and software for IoT devices and the development of cybersecurity certification in accordance with the requirements and guidelines of recent EU regulation Cyber security Act.
