
Santeri Paavolainen is currently working as a doctorate researcher at the Department of Communications and Networking in School of Electrical Engineering at the Aalto University in Finland on using distributed blockchains to federate IoT device access. He has a M.Sc from University of Helsinki in Computing Science. Moreover, he is currently also working as a Software Architect at Ericsson.
He is currently related to the H2020 project SOFIE - Secure Open Federation for Internet Everywhere - where he is responsible for researching the federation of IoT devices, interledger approach etc.
On the event of the adoption of the draft regulation laying down measures for a high common level of cybersecurity at the institutions, bodies, offices and agencies of the Union, the AI4HealthSec project kicked off a process to provide its opinion.
