
Dr. Ciprian Oprisa works in the security field since 2010, from reverse engineering, applying machine learning to malware detection problems and designing network security components. He obtained his PhD in 2016 at Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, where he currently holds a Lecturer position, teaching Operating Systems at Bachelor level and Mobile Security and Big Data at Master level.
On the event of the adoption of the draft regulation laying down measures for a high common level of cybersecurity at the institutions, bodies, offices and agencies of the Union, the AI4HealthSec project kicked off a process to provide its opinion.
